Long before I was “officially” a life coach, I spent many months and years intuitively working on myself, my mind-body-spirit and my approach to life. That’s the best kind of preparation we can have: taking care of ourselves to be able to take care of others.
I thought about sharing this tool with you when a friend of mine sent me this pic of a Letter of Appreciation I wrote to her back in 2014. Four years later, she still keepst it and rejoices every time she reads it.
